Hootsuite App Directory Spotify for Hootsuite allows you to view and share tracks, playlists, albums and artists directly to the Hootsuite Composer. With Spotify, discover, manage and share over 50 million tracks, including podcast 700,000 titles. Spotify is a digital music service that gives you access to millions of songs. I'm having the exact same issue as well. I tried microsoft edge and google chrome, neither works. I even tried the android app, and that too does not let me change the profile picture. However, the app does let me add artist images (not profile picture). I tried logging in and out, clearing cache, and even reinstalled the spotify for artists app. Spotify is where music discovery happens for 320+ million listeners in over 90 markets. Whether through editorial playlisting or algorithmic placements, Spotify for Artists is the only way to pitch new songs to editors for some of the world’s most followed playlists. You'll usually find its icon (a green circle with three curved black lines inside) in the app drawer or on the home screen. Setup
- Login to the Spotify dashboard and create a new App. Fill in the details, you can name it whatever you want. This app will be just for AudioBand.
- Go to the app you created and click
Edit Settings
. Addhttp://localhost:80
as a callback url.- You can use a different port for the local webserver (see next step)
- Right click anywhere in the toolbar > Audio Band Settings > Audio Source Settings and fill in the fields
Spotify Client Id

- Your browser should open asking you to login and allow your spotify app to access your currently playing songs.
- Sign-in and accept and it should now display song information (make sure spotify is selected as the audio source).
Note
Currently you need to have the Spotify desktop application for the playback buttons to work properly.
